K&B Truck Repair was started in 2000 by Robert Ketrow of Trenton, Il and Chris Berry of Jerseyville, Il. The business started out targeting concrete mixer repairs and boom repairs. Once the word got out a new repair shop was in the St. Louis/metro area the two original owners could not keep up with the demand. They continued gaining the trust and business of many local companies and soon finding work as no longer a problem but finding highly skilled mechanics was. They added on to their two bay shop and then shortly after moved into a second location.
The business grew throughout the years and soon the two buildings became to small for their needs. They built a new 30,000 square feet shop right down the road. This building allows K&B to keep up with the growing demand and allows them to expand when necessary. K&B Truck Repair now employs 23 people. Most of which are passing their 10 year anniversary with the company.
We continue striving to keep up with the industries standards and upgrades. The mechanics re-test for their ASE Master Tech credentials annually and are also involved in upgraded software, hvac, electrical, and heavy duty training each year. We believe K&B is a constant work in progress. Always striving for excellence and maintaining relationships with our customers to meet and exceed their needs.
